    my cobalt blue+babies

    hi there
    i thought id just post some pics of my cobalt blue and thier babies
    there were soposed to around 60s babies but they were in a community tank and the other discus ate em. id lucky to save some and i only have 13 of them, they are 1 month old now and just a little bigger than a 10 cent pice. here the pic of the parents and the babies, they are seperate now due to the babies eat the parents scales. but all doing well.

    hi there
    again from that pair i was to have around 50 to 60 babies 95 % hatched,they were in a community tank and the other discus ate them, i was lucky to save 14 babies, but now the couples are in a breed tank of thier own. TODAY 23rd jan 2006 i just spotted that the female layed between 150 to 200 eggs!! humm i hope most will hatch. i will up to date if the eggs hatch.

    ok those 150 eggs had been eaten!! bummer, but on feb 1st the female layed again 50 eggs, today the 3rd feb the thierd day of the new eggs again now are wiggelers humm all i can say to the female is good girl lol, more production he he, but how i wish the fish could give me a wink back lol,,,,, ben
