I'm no expert but put my money on male due to the tangent of the dorsal fin extending beyond the tail as well as the pronounced elongation of both the dorsal and anal fin.

Back to your fish, I would also go with male. Although the finnage can never be a 100% accurate. But 'generally'having a long streamer on the dorsal indicates male in RT's. Give it a week or 3 with a proven femal just to see what happens
