    Corydoras sterbai

These little cory's are one of my favourite

I have bred the imported 'German albino sterbai's' before but have not bred the normal ones.

They spawned 2 days ago (see photo) and over 20 have hatched.

I scraped the eggs with a razor blade and put them into a fry saver.

These cory's make a great addition to a discus tank providing the water is not over 30.c.

well, I'd say I'm 90% sure Dr V's are C.trilineatus to be correct. The trade has long mixed up these fish, and the one being produces en-mass are the C.trilineatus (unless of course u especially sourced wild C.julii).

To most hobbyist it doesn't matter anyway.....

.... plus Julii sounds much better than "TRI-LI-NE-A-TUS"

Just checked it up. I think mine are the C.trilineatus.

    Check this out: http://www.scotcat.com/factsheets/c_trilineatus.htm

Here's a few pictures of mine:

So where can I get the true Julii ? And how much should I expect to pay for them ? You might want to PM me for details.

I got these guys for $5 each :P

    Thanks
