    beginners strain

    Hi all

    Could anyone suggest a good strain of discus for me, a beginner!?!
    Its the first time i will have kept them and thought some were easier than others?

    They all bascially require the same level of attention, In my opinion there is no "Easier strain". Some of the fancier strains or wilds are more sensitive for sure!

    Your starting off so I would buy the cheaper strains, pigeons, and or turqs.

    If you end up with casualties you wont be crying as much as they dont cost as much !!

    Any normal cheap Turqs or Pidges will be fine .... stay away from wilds

    Brillant blue's were almost bullet proof for me!
    Easy to breed aswell.
