too many individual forums?

Hey Molly Man and co,

I've just come here on Kev's recommendation,

I love the site and the facilities (photo hosting etc)

one thing that kinda bugged me was the incredible number of individual forums there were.

Perhaps food nutrition, equipment, water chemistry could be consolidated into a single forum?

being that we have only been public for 5 days, it is a matter of observation at the moment, seeing what areas are heavily used, and which ones are not... as things progress, topic areas will be merged, as has occurred on my other forum over time.

Then, as content starts to build, to keep everything in context it will be split again...

Welcome Richard... as I mentioned before, time will dictate what gets used and what doesnt...

Primarily I wanted to cover all bases, but you raised a good point, and some tweaks have been made as a result of that...
