high body discus?
what is the difference between highbody and normal discus
they dont usually have high body labelled at the lfs
is the higbody a genetic trait like colour
and do higbody variities cost more
and anyone know anybody that sells/breeds high body types

im pretty sure the highbodys are a genetic trait, an im not sure about the price.

i think its just discus with a more round shape. where there's place for a fancy name, there almost always is one slotted in.

There is a difference between normal body, high fin and high body fish.
A normal shape is just that. As round as possible in the body, with normal fin shape.
High fin is a normal body shape but the dorsal and anal fin are higher.
High body is almost an oval shape, rather than a round shape. The finnage is usually normal, but the actual body height measurement is greater than the length.
