Clamped fins and "film" on their bodies

A few days ago I had the tiny white spots on the glass in my bare bottom tank (see previous post). My Discus (which are all around 3" size) are now clamping one or both fins to their sides and acting lethargic/leaning at 45 deg+. A few have discoloration over large areas of their bodies. It looks like a dull film. Mostly on their sides directly under where they clamp their fins to. Also have some fin & tail rot. I have done two 60% water changes and been using Quick Cure for two days with no improvement. I just did another 60% change tonight and started using Maracide. Any ideas of what the bug is? Bacteria or parasite? Temp=88 deg, PH=6.9
    Thanks, Kevin.

    Nit/Ammo reads?

I would keep some salt in the tank. 2 Teaspoons/ gallon is the ratio I would suggest. I'm guessing this crud has already infected the internal regulations of your fish. I would suggest acriflavin on a 10 day treatment. Lower the lights and keep up with the water changes.
