how to change topic name

now i am sure i was able to do this in the past..

for example...if a topic is finished it would be nice if we could put say...cancelled...behind the topic's name that would save opening up the topic....

for that we should be able to edit the topic's name...

can the original author of the topic still do this?????

Which topic area is the post in.

Sadly due to previous events (edit abuse) some topic areas have had the edit feature disabled.

However a quick msg to any of the admins or advisors and we should ba able to fix something up pretty quickly
