    462L 5'x2'x2'

Remember the pics of my 200L tank from a few days ago? Not long after taking those pics, I discovered it was leaking. The front left silicon seem was opening up. 36 hours later I managed to more all the plants and discus from the 200L to my (then) unused 5x2x2 show tank.

Thankfully the move went fairly smoothly, and there were no losses.

Here are a few pics I took tonight of the 5x2x2.

Yep. "Grade B1 Pool filter sand" $10/20kg. Larger than beach sand, not sharp. Pure silica sand.

Wetpetz in Brisbane. He was one of 5 or so from the same spawn of a local breeder. He had the best shape and the least peppering of the bunch.

    nice fish chris,

the tank should look great when the plants fill out some,

do you have a co2 injector on the tank?

nice planting scheme too, good positioning of plants.

    Thanks.

I've got stem plants all along the back, and two side walls that should grow out in a couple of months.

I've got all the electronics, I just have to get a Co2 tank.

Here's a checkerboard I got today. It was a little difficult to photo as the other discus kept getting in the way.

Luv the red and whites. Fantastic shape. Good purchase. Hope you soon hear the patter of little fins.
Thirty-five years keeping and breeding discus, and I'm still learning :P
