    Stocking 55 Gallon

My 55 Gallon recently finished cycling (I used a few convicts which are waiting to go back to the LFS). So now I need to decide how to stock this beauty. I was thinking along the lines of maybe 2-4 Discus, Tetras, and maybe a few Rams. I'm willing to do daily water changes (I just purchased a python which makes water changes MUCH easier), and am running peat in my Rena XP3.

    Opinions welcomed.

    I too have a 55G tank housing:
    8 Discus Juveniles
    4 Kuhli loaches
    20 Neon tetras
    10 Cardinal tetras

I'm not sure about keeping the Rams though, i had two bolivian rams with my discus when i begun the tank, they used to nip the juveniles so. out they went!!
hope to have a tank like this someday....

    SHarn,

    Couldn't agree with you more.

I purchased some from Crocky and they get along terriffic. look great in the tank too - their colours are really pretty.

    Regards,

    Marg.
