    I believe they are

I don't have my Amano book with me, but I am sure someone will add some names to the plants, failing that I will list them tomorrow

    from the back left corner
Cryptocoryne crispatula var. Balansae (havent seen much of this in Syd)

in front of it.. the thin stringy stuff
Eleocharis acicularis (can be obtained anywhere, very common aka. Hair grass)

    on the drift wood
Microsorum pteropus 'narrow' (aka java fern is very common. but what amano is using are the narrow variety. Most i've seen in syd are the big chunky leaf variety)

    the thick stuff in front
Glossostigma elatinoides (not so commonly found.)

    for more info

    hope this helped.
but from what i understand Amano have a few more plant varieties in that scape not sure what they are though.

    Regards,
    Eric

    Truly appreciative Eric.

im having my first proper go at planted tanks so its dam near confusing in relation to plant names.

I found corals to be so much easier for some strange reason.

Great now the hunt begins so I can find some.

    Hey Nick,
The Glossostigma as anti generic said isnt readily available. If some one does have a source cld u pls advise. You cld replace with Lilaeopsis there is an australian variety Lilaeopsis Brisbane this variety is very hardy and you can pick it up at any nursery that sells water plants. We have it up here and a large 6" pot sells for aprrox $7.95. The other varieties i have found to be slower growing.

I believe www.aquariumproductswholesale.com.au usually has some Glossostigma elatinoides in stock @ $5.95 for a 3-6cm pot.
