i know almost everyone uses B/H feed for thier discus. so do i

but why do we use B/H?

    and the others

    prawns
    tuna
    paprika
    eggs
    wheat germ
    spinich
    carrots
    spirulina

and all the other bits and pieces?

and how often do you feed with this product and how often do you vary this to your other types feeds?

Some contain corotene increasing red color pigments. Others are just for vitiams and wheat germ supposedly helps keep them fertile.

I actually made my first batch of B/H the other day .The survivor once he got used to it loves it - one thing I did do was split of about a third of the mix before I added the gelatine (not enough - I will try to get it right next time) and added metronidazole then froze it in separate bags marked with a big M , that probably was the wrong way to do it so if anyone can tell me one way or the other please do so.
