    My Red pair

My pair of Marlboro Reds have decided to do some gardenning.

Well lets just say they thought the Amazon Sword leaf needed some decorating.

    My fingers are crossed...

Both Red & Big Red (Ma & Pa) are gaurding them like they are Gold bullion...

so far only 4-5 losses (gone white & removed by mum)

Bad News: The eggs lasted 2 & 1/2 days before going fungus or falling off. I would say this was largely due to the eggs being placed on a sword leaf that did have a small amount of algae on it.

Good News: I repositioned the breeding cone into the same area, and as of 3 hours ago, they have laid and fertilised anything up to 250 eggs... they are everywhere, and are nice and dark coloured (fertile)...

Now, here comes the waiting game...

so what the heck are people talking about "breeding cones" if they breed on regular plants?
