Sorry all, bet the first thought you had was "yeah i want that",

so do i, apologies he he he, if anyone has a diy for this, all they do is auto shut off power if the returning current is lower than what was delivered (ie i stuck my hand in a tank and rather than me getting electrocuted it cuts the power), know you can buy these but i'm a diy fan

all else failing guess i can buy one, deconstruct it and build another lol, where's the fun in that, appreciate your help with any idea's/plans that do this sort of job, i think it's important to have with water and electricity in such close proximity
