Whats wrong with my discus????

I have an new addition to my tank, it is a small snow white, but it is heavey breathing and I have noticed that its poo......which is still brown, but it is like it is incased, by a clear bubble??? Does that make sense. Just wondering whats wrong with him???And some advise on how to fix it.

Normally, when you add new fish into the tank they will stay in the corner or hide for a while. How long have u have the snow white in the tank ?
They should swim out in about a week or so...
But if other discus are big, ie: much bigger than the snow white, it might take longer. Just make sure that this one keep eating. Sometimes bigger fish eat all the food and the shy one dont get any.

it is the smallest in the tank, and I have had it for about 1 month or longer. Its not hiding or anything and eating fine, but I am just worried about its heavy breathing and poo formation.
