Ummm
IN A THONG!!!
You have to look "cute and spunky" IN A THONG!!!
Bens "audition" photo's can and will be made available to the next new member of the team when they are chosen
In all seriousness though,
There are several factors that are judged when we look for new members of our staff here.
Experience, Knowledge, and Professionalism are among them.
But most important of all is personality and whether or not we think you can handle us

Pimpin has only touched on a few of the criteria, in all essence, a lot has to do with gut feeling, maturity of a member (not saying you cant be a doofus, but we need to know there is stability there).
As things grow we will be adding more people, trying to keep a good mix of personalities, etc.
One things that I should stress, it doesnt come down to your knowledge, whilst that helps, I am more interested in your ability to want to help others, to go the extra mile... think about it, if we had a group of Advisors who were experts, they probably would be pretty boring, I prefer to mix things up.
