Fantastic pics of some gorgeous looking fish. What sort of camera are you using.
Thirty-five years keeping and breeding discus, and I'm still learning :P

Hi everyone. Thanks for all the kind replies
The photos were taken by a DV camera. Dont know too much of the specs of the camera, just know it takes good pictures very idiot proof.

    hehe

I love taking the closer up shots of the discus, if anyone else has some. It would be great if you could share them with us.

When i have the time, ill put up some more myself.

OK, apart from very clean glass, healthy colourful fish and excellent camera - how did you take such fantastic shots?
Did you use a flash -
Can you let us know the shutter speed -

You weren't actually in the tank with dem?
Any info that could help improve my feeble attempts at fish photography would be greatly received.
    Cheers
    Sean

The camera is a Panasonic DV
as for the shutter speed, im not sure but i can probably find out. Im not camera savvy - the camera is automatic and does everything for me

The first pic of the ocean green was taken with a flash, all the other pics were without, i just find that the use of the flash changes the colour of the discus a little

And as for the clean tank, my bf says its cause its a "girls" tank
