Minimum size for a breeding tank ?
I have a small 2 ft x something tank which has a capacity of about 80 litres. Is this too small for a breeding tank ? I am leaning on the yes side.

Depending on the size of the pair, see how it goes. The usual size is 2ft 6 inches by 18 inches deep, but I have also used, with success 18 inches by 18 inches, but it is 2 foot deep.

Thanks ladyred, the actual size now that i am home is , 2ftx12"x18"
They are a young breeding pair, but I know they will freak going from their 4x2x2 ft home to this size tank. I am erring about moving them.

18 inches being the depth? that should be okay. Yes, they will freak for a while, but just leave the light off for a few days and give them two cones, one in each corner of the tank, to hide behind.
