    Feeding Banana

What's the best way to feed my discus banana?

I seem to recall reading that it's best to wait until the banana is really ripe and sweet, - no way in the world I'd eat it.

I imagine, I'd mush it up with some spirulina, the same spirulina that I eat in my smooties, freeze it in a zip seal plaky bag, freeze it rather thin and flat and simply break pieces off and drop it in.

    I'm always open to opinions.

    Regards
