They currently eat live black worms and live brine shrimp.
Trying to train them to eat flake, they peck at the flake but it is a slow process

hard to get them to see they love alot of live food because thats what they have in the wild cost alot of money but there worth it !
have you tried any pellets alot of importers i know feed them on pellets leave them in the tank no longer then 30mins after feeding they usally peck at it on the bottom

Haven't tried pellets, may go get some and see if it works.
Too true, expensive but worth it
