Veiltail? Pearlscale? Angels

Are pearlscale and veiltail angels rare? Do they usually sell for a higher price?
Recently walked into a LFS and saw "veiltail angels" for sale, although they looked like normal angels. How can I tell if they will grow the nice long veiltail?

veiltails are worth more cause they're harder to breed, the veiltail is gene is deleterous in a double dose so crossing 2 veiltails give 50% mortality rate +25% veiltails 25% normals, if you cross a veiltail with a normal you can get 50% veiltails and 50% normal with no increase in mortality.

at 20c pice size veiltails should be obvious, if not then your proably looking at "normals" in veiltail batch.
