regular or irregular diet

I was wondering if a irregular diet was better than a regular diet. For example I feed frozen beef heart, frozen blood worms, live brine shrimp and sera discus granules. I was wondering if certain times and certain days for each food is better than a random method of feeding?

I random feed. They dont care as long as theyare getting food.

There is no better time of day for different foods, its more a function of size of feeding
