Which came first discus or the mates
I was wondering with a new tank which fish to put in first.
I have a 230-250L 4 foot tank and I was wondering whether to put in discus first or the tankmates (20 rummynose tetras, 5 cory's, 1 clown loach). The tankmates are also debateable!
Also how many discus should I put in?

Thats handy, lucky guess.
Just got 3 discus today they seem to hide most of the time. Hopefully that will change soon.
How many discus should I get assuming they will grow to full size!

Depends on number water changes and how many tank mates you plan on having. But there is a rule of thumb .... I thought it was about 1 adult discus per 40 litres.
hehehe ... using that rule maybe I can get another discus !
