    Thanks guys
I have got a 3ft tank, i'll post a photo of the entire tank soon
The filtration im using is a external filter connected to a 11W UV steriliser and a hang on filter

Atm the discus are swimming around alot more and even started to eat last night so i was really happy

I've got 2 platinum angelfish in the tank aswell which i am planning on removing due to my new discus except im not too sure what to do with them yet (kinda sad i can't keep them anymore)

Why can't you keep the angelfish anymore ? While most will agree that angelfish don't make the best tank mates, I have seen tanks were both co-existed quite happily. I think the major problem is that angels tend to out-compete discus for food. You could atleast give them a go together.

i have 3 super fat angelfish in my discus tank they grow significantly larger than those in lfs, thanks to regular wc and excessive food

Hmm, maybe i will give the angelfish a go., But its true that the angels are big competition when it comes to feeding time. They just gulp the food down really quickly.

Heres some more pics, the big red turq is doing better today. It seems less stressed, showing more colour and fanning its fins more.

your tank looks very clean and tidy

i especially like the first tank shot

    those marbles/beads look a treat

    well done,

the size your new discus are compared to the angels may give you a chance to keep tham coexisting, see how they go in a week!
