    Clownfish breeding

I noticed my clownfish laying eggs last night, pretty cool. Then they ate them.
Oh well, at least the mood must of been right
    Has anyone bred them?

Hey that's great Tara. They must love their living conditions.

Tank bred clown fish are on the market quite often. They are being raised comercially now.

But it's still a great achievement to get a pair to spawn.

    Well done :P
Thirty-five years keeping and breeding discus, and I'm still learning :P

Hi Tara, we breed various types of clown fish at discus world, they're quite tough little guys and are relatively easy to raise, once suitable food needs are met. If you have the time raising clown fish can be quite interesting.
