Stocking Level

Just after some advice on the stocking levels my lightly planted discus tank.
The tank is 4' x 1' x 2'
Current inhabitants are:
2 Blue turq Discus
1 Blue Diamond Discus
1 Cobalt Blue
20 Cardinal Tetras
4 Bronze Catfish
2 Ottocinculis
1 SAE
2 Shrimp (not sure of the actual name, long armed that i am thinking of moving to another tank)

I would like to add another 2 discus if i can fit them in and maybe 10 more cardinals but i think i would be getting close to over stocking my tank already.

All of my ammonia, nitrate and nitrite test read 0. The tank has been set up for a year now and all fish have been added gradually over that time after i matuered it, i added 10 black widows for about a month and have since moved them on.

2 MORE DISCUS, but no more, keep an eye on the water quality.
