    I've seen pics of adults and I can't wait til they grow. Betcha i'll be shopping for a big ciclid tank in no time.

    I'd assume it's a local breeder here in Edmonton, Canada but I really don't know. I'm sorry but what's Trombetas?

    Geophagus altifrons inhabitat quite a few different river systems. All altifrons share similar traits, however an altifrons (and many other eartheaters) from one system can vary in characteristics to the next. Trombetas is just one such river.
