    My new plecs :D

    This week i purchased some plecs for my tank. photos arnt clear...but what do you think?

    Colony of 5 L066 6-8cm


    2 L397 6-7cm


    and 2 Albino Gibby 8-11cm


    and they are living with some goldfish, 10 sterbai cory and 3 julii cory

    Will have full tank shot soon.

    love the 66 just make sure you keep the hypancistrus at a higher temp 30 degress as they generally do better in the higher temps
    but not a bad way to get started
    It's always darkest before dawn ... so if you're going to steal some rocks
    from your neighbours garden for your display tank, that's the time to do it.

    Picked Up my 3 new L066's today from a friend of mine who breeds them. They are approx 8cm. Got them for $150! They were caught from a 6ft tank with a huge colony in there. There was atleast 5 caves full with babies just hatched, many small ones about 2cm and most were approx 13-15cm! Was told that the size I picked what closed to spawning age, these were 1 size down from the brood stock he has.

    They are now in my 4X2X2 and already picked their caves

    Some of the images may look abit yellow, this is because of the reading lamp i have on to substitute the end and the start of the day
