body mucus irritation?

I have a blue Diamond who is sometime all dark and leans slightly on the side and shakes his fins.

other discus peck at his body
and now he has scar on his body and his body musus looks pretty bad..

he eats very well..
and whenever it gets fed it turns all bright a blue again..

i've tried changing water more often and raised the temp to about 34 degrees

but i dont see any changes..

any suggestions?
