Painting Tank.
G'day thinking of painting my new tanks back, sides and base. Can I get some advise on paint type, colour and application. I was thinking a light green colour.

easly done just tape up the opening and use any spray paint as long as there is no paint getting inside of your tank you will be fine.

Give it a wipe down with meto first and acrylic works fine as well.

I have just painted the rear of 2 x 3ft tanks with blue acrylic paint. I bought it from Bunnings. It cost $7 for 250ml and that was enough for 3 coats for one tank. I bought a small roller (about 3" wide) and a small tray.
