New Nano Reef

Hi everyone i am starting a nano reef tank size is 24inx18inx12in that makes it roughly about 20 gallons i think....

A few questions...

-Do i need live coral and rocks or i can use any rocks...
-What type of filtration i need to use? i wanted to go for natural filtration.
-What kind of fishes i can keep in my nano reef.
-Lighting requirements if you guys reccomend any invertibrates.
-And any other thing you guys wanna reccomend.
