Red Devil

I was out today and seen my first red devil wow what a fish there was two housed in the tank these fish had just been moved and one was going tail up and having trouble with his balance, I was wondering if there is any thing that can be done for this fish? we think that the fish is stressed from the move and the 35 degree heat probably didn't help if any one knows anything about these fish can you please help as we have no information about PH, temp or even what they prefer to eat?

don't know them well but most people say the out of balance thing is the swim bladder
