    Broken pectorial fins.

    I have a fish that has been sick for a while, well i noticed this morning that its pectorial fins have snapped half way down and are hanging.

    Anyway treating for hex now with hex-ex because i couldnt get metro anyway just wanted too know if someone has had this happen before?

    I got some clout med aswell just in case..

    Scott, pectoral fins are the fins on the side of the body that the fish uses for swimming, is that what you mean. Or do you mean pelvic fins, the two narrow fins that hang under the body, in front of the anal fin. These are the most likely to get broken, and in my experience they do not recover from a break like that.
