I work with someone who has one of these.... he is selling it after less than 6 months, an absolute piece of rubbish (his words - and he is a big Toyota fan).

You are just throwing money away they are not designed for that much weight.
Buy a food grade drum 220L for $15-$30 just half fill it and buy a good trolley $- ? and strap it on.
Or better still...

I use a 9000l/h pondmax (cheap) The best advice I have is go for a high out put like 7000-9000l/h.
Why not buy a 200L drum you can pick them up for $10-25 food grade.

The only real problem I can see with that design is the bio-balls are under water that's no good.You will need to lower the first divider after the bio-ball chamber to lower the water...
