check your ammonia levels for starters, metro will treat it, but you need to remove the root cause which is probably ammonia.

very nice Ujwal, they are a bit behind in growth, but if you keep them well my guess is that they will grow up to be beautiful fish.

I'd say the fish were probably sick otherwise the're pretty hard to kill with or without oxygen.

with aquarium equipment you get what you pay for, in the long run it will probably still be cheaper but not by much.

when you have a high ammonia reading, one huge 90% water change is better than 3 small ones. there's no point treating for anything if you have ammonia in your tank.

if your domestics are healthy go ahead. most of the domestic discus we get nowadays have flukes that are resistant to prazi and trichlorfon. A lot do not react to metro as well. Previously a fish...

buy them at 8cm any quality, pump them with metro for three days, deworm with levimasole and treat for flukes with prazi. keep them in a separate tank and pump them up with a beefheart heavy diet....

I'll have to start agreeing with you on that one, though I love my "mutants" , wilds are so much stronger and easier to keep than the ten generation inbreds coming in.
