Prazipro is illegal in the Uk, try flubenol 15, its legal and works and available from several online stores and a few LFS around the country

Octazin isnt that great, I assume you are in the uk?
The best treatment available to worm discus is flubenol 15, its far more effective than octazin and doesnt knock the filter as octazin can. ...

It kills snails the same way it kills parasites, it starves them to death.
The time to kill them depends on the type of snail apparently, for best results you will need to treat weekly for 4-5 weeks...

I wouldn't stick it in the freezer, thats a cruel way to kill a fish, vodka and clove oil if better, or ethanol would be best.

Do you usually have no nitrates in your water? its very common in the uk, my tap water is 30ppm, I cut it with 50% ro water so its at 15ppm so theres no need to add nitrates for the plants which I do...

Its totally safe and cant harm your fish at all, snails on the other hand will be killed.

I would go with a tetratec or an eheim, fluvals are crap imo, when they get blocked, the water goes through the filter and bypasses the media

How are you going to get the salt out of the tank after dosing though??
Personally, I would use an off the shelf counter, once you know its whitespot....
