Most people say it takes 60hours for eggs to hatch,
When most people say it takes 60 hours, do they mean hatch or free swimming.
Im only asking because I have a turq pair that laid on wednesday and they still arnt quite free swimmers.

usually depending on the temp about two and a half to three days.
Is that free swimming :?:
3 days to hatch and then another 3 days for it to become free swim.
Once they hatched, they'll stick to the cone for the next 3 days eating the egg yolk.
Good luck
Thats what im getting at, so there not quite hatched after 60hours or 3 days
Ive had my other pair lay close to the heater and they tend to be free swimming quicker, but the newly hatched fry are alot smaller.
