Thrusts that last is a book for ignorant or men with S. problems and is educational ....though non-discus related.
The third book is Discus, Problems and Solutions....which is the new launch.
It is my interest to write on methods that work and on topics I am well-versed in....be it discus or otherwise. I am also well-versed in the occult and may one day write about Astrology, Palmistry or the like...ha!ha! Sorry if you feel offended.
