I have a small Rio internal filter which is very noisy as soon as any form of water flow control is added. I took it back to the LFS and it was whisper quiet then bought it home and you guessed it, noisy as hell.

It is 100mg per tablet.

These same tablets ae very widely used to crush up and mix with food.
