Planting plunder

g'day guys im not sure if anyone else is wondering but i sure am, what sorts of plants are suitable and preffered by discus and that can survive temps of around 30? and also i dont think the ammount of fish in the tank will be able to provide enough waste for the plants how can i fix this :?:

check the amazon garden section of the site for plant suggestions, i have found it very useful, as for helping plants grow, either or both of CO2 and Fertilizers will do the trick, i like the seachem products so i recommend flourish myself.
