:) G'day All. I'm looking at getting into the wild scene of Discus. Was wondering if we can expect to see wilds other then heckels for sale soon. I would love to get heckels one day but I am new to Discus and would like to start with browns or greens. If I can't find these I will get a few heckels. My LFS sells fish to me at cost + a carton of beer. :lol:

try setting up a tank and keeping the ph stable between 4-5. if you can manage that you can dive straight into the heckels. As long as you keep the ph down you won't have a problem.
:D Good advice thanks samir. Do you think a 6ft 350ltr is bid enough for 4 or 5 Heckels. With plenty of water changes and good filitration, I know these are important anyway. Tank will be bare bottom with a few branches of wood.
