What country are you from?

Hey All,

As I am half American and live in the States I am fully qualified to refer to myself and fellow Americans as Yanks :)

My question is how many other Yanks use this site :?: For the most part I have only really noticed Australians on this forum.

Would it be possible to have a countries flag added to the avitar / signature?

It doesnt' really make a difference to me where people reside, as I am not political, fanatical, or Xenophobic. I am just curious as to what the general make up is of the forum and to see how far reaching it is.

It would be neat to see where people are from.

I'll shut up now and stare at my fish 8-)

I would say a near 90% of this forums users are Australian. I know of several Americans that use this site (Fishlover being one), along with a few people from singapore, maylasia etc.

We have looked at adding location flags in the past and thought, what does it really matter where someone is from... but... if enough people think it is a good idea we can look at that option again.

I did do a search yesterday on the memberlist and have seen a good amount of Americans on the list, but not too many that were active.

Anyways, I'm going to try and fiddle with some software to layer maybe a flag transparently of my fish pic. Anyone have any ideas about this :?:
