white discuss eggs

Hi All,
I got a question, my PB discuss (female) is laying white egg similar to Angels Fish eggs. the male partner is a red alenca,.. is this normal. my other pair discuss always orange eggs.. only this one is not...

Are they white, as in opaque white, or a they just clear eggs?

The colour of the eggs depends a lot on the strain of the fish, and also what the fish have been feeding on. Fish fed on tetra colour bits have very orange eggs.

I think it's best to just wait and see what happens.

it is a clear egss,... the pair is in my comunity tank, i am thinking to separate them or place it in one of my pair discuss... what do you think?

i found it last night that it was been hatched... :)
