I've been contemplating MH options for a planted 6ft tank.
There's a number of diffierent fitting and lamp options, some shown below, apart from the extruded fittings normally used in aquarium applications.
I've seen the pendent fittings before, but not seen the the bulb type MH globes. They appear to have the same spec (i.e. wattage and temp) as the 'strip' type globes.
I'm interested to know from people who have successfully used alternate MH lighting.
