Where to get Co2 cylinder refilled in sydney?

Hi guys,

went to BOC today to get a Co2 cylinder refilled and they said they do not refill privately owned cylinders anymore

can anyone tell me where i can definately get one refilled in sydney? preferably near the sutherland shire?
