AquaOne AR980 Aquarium Powerhead maintenance

G'day

The "in-built" powerhead of my AquaOne AR980 aquarium is getting a little noisy. I think I should take it out and give it a bit of maintenance.

Can anyone tell me how the powerhead is meant to be dismantled from the tank?

Throw it away
Get a new one with the rubber mounts
Its a design problem that they have fixed on later models
