put my last 2 discus in the bigger tank last night after being in quarrantine for a mth or so, and today they were eating well and at the front of the tank :)
they do seem happier now they are a bigger group...

Love the Blue Diamond and wow you have alot of gravel in your tank how big is the tank looks huge ! :shock:

The fish do seem happy.. 8-)

thx guys, finally starting to get the hang of it "thx to this site" thinking of getting rid of all the stem plants, except the mayaca and macranda and going mainly crypts and swords for less mess, but still deciding ?

the subtrate is a peat base with red sea flora base then a layer of polished black gravel, about 35-40kg all up
the tank is only a 5 footer with 7 discus in it now and maybe one more to go in.

And the discus look Fantastic. :D

I see the Bristlenose in there as well. Unfortunately you are not allowed to have them in N.T. Bit of a shame really as I am a fan of them!!!! :(

Taz iv'e got 5 bn's in there and 1 x albino, but one of them is nibbling on my favorite sword :(
strange that u cant have em in N.T. ? "spewin" there nice little cleaners...
very nice looking discus in ur avitar too Taz :) is it ur's ?
