I think you'll be doing well getting peps for under $20 Doc.
SLS has a tank of small good looking peps ATM but not near $20

It sounds like they could be the 53 small Peppermints (2-3cm) that came from Proteus (although I'd be shocked if they were making $1000+ from his fish) so possibly they came from somewhere else.

Anyway if anyone is interested in baby peppermints Proteus has several hundred more that he will happily sell to forum members. The ones we have left aren't big enough yet but feel free to PM me if you're interested and I can find out when they'll reach 3cm.

I didn't know baby peppermints were worth so much - now I know why he has carried on about setting up a Peppermint tank for so long - and now they are popping little ones out every couple of weeks in a community tank

Common guys, easy on the sponsors, we all make typos while trying to figure out how we offer fish at such great prices :D

if the post is binding il take 1000 :D

obviously for shipping for those who REALLY think that's the price.

cheers,
Ron

no i meant i can send 100 3-4cm peppies for $60.00 freight, the fish are still $20.00 each, but for bigg orders i can work out a cheaper price.
in other words if 5 or so of you get together to reduce the freight charges and get the numbers up, youll get cheaper fish at a cheaper frieght cost.
hope this clarifys things a bit more
cheers

Thanks for making that clear Deep Blue. I think the guys REALLY knew you meant for the shipping  but they're a cheeky lot here.

Jokes aside, that's a good idea.

Start chatting to each other guys. You can get a cheaper price on the fish, and a split on the cost of the air freight. Who's interested?
