The general rule is 1 Discus per 40 to 50 litres of water, should be fine then.

Welcome to the forum Valk.

Two discus will be fine with cardinals in that lovely tank.

Fishrock Aquarium has some very nice juveniles for sale @ a great price!

You could also try SLS. There prices are not the cheapest, but they have some of the best quality discus available ... :P

I have a 20 gallon tank with 1 2.5 inch tangarene, 1 2.5 brilliant turquiose, and 1 3.5 snakeskin. Is the the one fish per gallon ratio for adult or juvenile fish. Is my ratio wrong?

Thanks

one adult discus per 10 gallon, not one gallon. I assume it was a typo on your part.

Your discus are going to need a larger tank in the near future ... I 3ft would be a great size tank for 3 discus ....

As said above, 1 adult discus per 10 Gallons or per 40-50 litres ... :P
