Discus odd behaviour

I recently noticed that one of my discus started to rubb himself on one of my anubias plant leaves. He will turn on his side whilst next to the leaf and then make a quick dart across it. Can someone please explain this behaviour. Thanks

He is just having an itch!

But they can also do that from ammonia, but if you do regular w/c he just has an itch.

If he begins to do it very frequently, let us know, but as Simone said, it's pretty normal.
